Only ordered through UberEats but was impressed with the food. I ordered it twice now and the quality has been consistent so far. The food is delicious and well seasoned (maybe slightly salty though). I definitely recommend this place.
The cook named Q is the best cook ever! We ordered and got our food 5 minutes later! The quality, presentation and freshness of the food were amazing! 10/10! We also were treated with tons of respect and were asked many questions while ordering to ensure that our ticket order was exactly what we desired!
I had a burrito. It was fantastic. The sauces were a nice touch of flavor too. The portions were big enough to have some for lunch the next day. People kept asking where I got it from. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again
2024 update: Chi and the staff went above and beyond today!!! I came in and they let me know the whole chicken would be a bit to finish cooking. I didn’t mind waiting - and then the managers gave me a gift card for waiting when the quote time ran a bit longer than they thought. (I didn’t even realize and was happy to wait.) This is the kind of customer service we need to bring back! Thank you so much! ————— 2023: Perfect. Food comes out fast, hot and delicious! Prices are reasonable and the indoor / outdoor seating options are nice.
The Gastonia location is the best one! The chicken is always so fresh and delicious! My child has some allergies and dietary restrictions but the whole staff is so helpful and accommodating to us. My family loves viva chicken!
“Fantastic Experience at Viva Chicken!” I had an amazing experience at Viva Chicken, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding service from Manager Andrew. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during our visit. His friendly attitude and dedication to great customer service truly stood out. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Kudos to Andrew and the entire team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! I’ll definitely be coming back.. my second time, I brought my family from Philly and Virgina.
Super clean, well appointed place with more than adequate seating. I wasn't really familiar with Peruvian food so I wasn't sure what to order so I did take some time studying the menu. Everything my husband and I tried was very good, especially the corn salad which was light and fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband absolutely loved all of the sauces. The 1/4 & 1/2 chicken is actually smoked and amazing! Service was great & helpful while I was trying to decide what to order. Definitely recommend and we'll absolutely eat there again.
Had an amazing experience at Viva Chicken! The chicken burrito was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and filling. Their house sauce is on another level—seriously adds so much flavor and ties everything together. You can tell they use quality ingredients and care about the food they serve. Definitely coming back again!
I have to give a huge shoutout to Viva Chicken. I’ve been feeling pretty sick, and their soup was literally the only thing I could eat—and it was AMAZING. I ended up getting it twice in one day because it was that good. The broth was so flavorful and comforting, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. It honestly made me feel a little better with every bite. Also, the 2nd go round, I got the herbal limeade and it was so refreshing and flavorful! If you’re ever under the weather or just want something warm and delicious, I highly recommend their soup. Definitely a new go-to for me!
I just want to say that this is the best location I’ve been too! Food is always perfect and hot. It’s always a fast and an easy process and the service is great.
